meatless progress

Ok , so I got a suggestion on my trying not to eat meat thing called a pescetarian diet. I am soooooo happy because I have been cheating for the last two weeks with fish and sushi (cooked only) and crab legs. When my friends would whine and say "i thought you was a veg head now" or "when did vegetarians start eating fish, you do know it's an animal , right?", now i have some thing to tell them. So shout out www.goodhealthdiva.blogspot.com, for giving me the info. As far as the rest of the meat goes beef and pork are not missed at all. I actually feel lighter now but I don't own a scale so who knows. I am having a bit of an issue when I exercise with the weak feeling so I have eaten chicken 3 time because someone told me that I would fall down and die if i didn't get any protean. I thought that was a bit over-board and laughed, but  her face didn't change so i assumed that she seen it happen to somebody, so I said ok. I'm gonna have to look into that. But as for now, no more chicken for me.
